Christie Rancour

Christie Rancour has been part of the Champlain Valley Senior Community team since May 6, 2024. She brings extensive experience in care and a compassionate, kind, and patient approach to her role as Memory Care Director. Christie understands the importance of getting to know each resident, honoring their individuality, and helping them feel safe, valued, and supported.

Her warm presence and dedication help create a welcoming environment for residents and their families. She believes that thoughtful care begins with listening, building trust, and treating every person with dignity and respect.

Christie grew up in Port Henry, where she also raised her family. Family remains an important part of her life, and she especially treasures time with her grandson. On her days off, she enjoys making memories with him and watching him grow.
