Beginning her journey in 2016 as a Resident Care Aide, Alesha's unwavering commitment to her work and the people she serves motivated her to attain her LPN. Through roles as a Med Tech, floor nurse, and case manager, she has climbed the ranks to her current role of overseeing all aspects of resident care.
Alesha, a doting mother to Dominic, finds solace and joy in the pages of a good book, reflecting her love for lifelong learning and her nurturing spirit. Her professional path is marked by advancement through merit and a deep-rooted passion for ensuring the highest quality of life for the residents under her care.
