At the Champlain Valley Senior Community, we seek to thoroughly address all your questions and concerns so that you can feel confident about the decision to make our community your community. The Admission Process

Once you decide to that you would like to move in, the admission process is fairly simple. We require a completed admission evaluation, medical paperwork from the resident's primary care physician, as well as the completed application for residency. We also encourage everyone who is interested in living here, but not ready to move in, to submit a priority registration form along with a $500 deposit to place your name on our waiting list. The deposit is fully refundable should you choose not to move in.

Priority Registration

Registering is easy and ensures that you or your loved one will have a place on our priority registration list. As we're filling up, the residents on our priority registration list have the first choice among available suites! To reserve your place on our priority registration list, please fill out the Champlain Valley Senior Community Registration Form and mail it in along with a $500 deposit.  You may remove your name from the list at any time and the deposit is fully refundable should you choose not to move in.
