Three unique layouts offer diversity and choice for even our most discerning residents.

A Variety of Room & Suite Options to Choose From

Residents may choose from private or companion suites, and may opt for fully or partially furnished rooms, depending on how much of their own furniture they wish to bring with them. The majority of our suites offer water views of the scenic Boquet River and all of them feature dramatic 8-foot windows and 12-foot ceilings, creating bright and cozy rooms. Pet-friendly assisted living suites are also offered on a case-by-case basis.

Every assisted living and memory care suite offers:

Full housekeeping, laundry, maintenance and trash services
Water, electricity, heat and air conditioning
Individual heat and air thermostat controls
Telephone and cable high-speed wireless internet
Grab bars and non-slip surfaces

Three Unique Floor Plans

Our floor plans include private studios, one bedroom suites and adjoining suites. The square footage of each suite varies. Semi-private suites are also available.

All 3 floor plans. A large studio bedroom with bathroom. A Large bedroom with a den and bathroom. A two bedroom two bathroom adjoining rooms.

Studio Suites

A studio includes a private bath with a combined living room and bedroom. Every room features 8-foot windows and 12-foot ceilings.

One Bedroom Suites

One bedroom suites offer a private bath, a bedroom and a den.

Adjoining Suites

The largest option is an adjoining suite. This includes a separate space for a living room and a separate suite for a bedroom and two private baths.
