Champlain Valley Senior Community is owned and operated by Eli and Emily Schwartzberg. They strive to bring community and high-level care to residents through local involvement, attention to detail and hands on management. Everyone agrees that CVSC is a great place to live and work because of Eli and Emily.
Rooted in the Adirondacks
Both Eli and Emily are native Adirondackers and have a deep-rooted appreciation for this community and the needs of its residents. Eli grew up in Saranac Lake and Emily in Gloversville. They met in Lake Placid and worked together to develop and then operate CVSC. They know the business inside and out and work passionately to provide world-class service to make CVSC residents feel at home. As owner-operators, Eli and Emily make resident satisfaction their greatest focus.
